A sweat lodge ceremony is considered one of the oldest known rituals of mankind. It is a way to come together and connect. But also to find introspection and reflection. It is a sacred opportunity to be together with the earth in silence and prayer. But also to let song, joy and relief well up from our hearts. And it is also just wonderful to sit in the heat and sweat filth from our bodies.

After the ceremony everyone sits together at the fire to share coziness and food that has been brought potluck style. We provide soup, hot tea and water.

After the sweat lodge it is possible to take a cold shower, so bring a towel (also if you want to sit on something in the hut). Also instruments like drums and rattles are welcome in the hut and at the fire.

Cost: 45 euros. This includes water, tea and soup. It is also possible to stay overnight in your tent, camper or van.

We also provide a sweat lodge on request, for example for a birthday or another special moment where someone wants to take their loved ones into a hut. This is possible with a minimum of 6 participants.
