Women's Circle

A women's circle is a safe place where women come together to connect, without judgement or unsolicited advice.

A circle where we are seen and heard, where we listen to understand, not to react. We stop doing for a moment, to be together. Afterwards we feel lighter and recharged.

The circle is provided by Maggie & Fien.

How does the circle proceed?

- The circle opens with a short round of introductions and sharing.

- Maggie guides a meditation attuned to the energy of the group. This allows us to relax wonderfully and we sink from our head to our body.

- We share and listen without judgement. Depending on the energy of the group and the moon, we answer a question that is linked to a theme.

- There is room for insight cards.

- We close the circle with music

What agreements apply in a circle?

- We start and finish together and on time.

- What happens in the circle, stays in the circle . We never share outside the circle what was shared.

- Never feel obligated to share anything, but we invite you to do so because speaking out can be a first step toward healing.

- This is a safe place. There is no reaction/judgment or unsolicited advice given at any time.
