Sweat lodge ceremony
A drum circle is an ancient ritual where you come together to connect with each other and mother earth. By standing in a circle and following your own heartbeat with your drum you come into a tuned rhythm.
Then you connect your intentions and your dreams with this rhythm, and through your feet that are firmly on the ground you connect this with mother earth. This creates a powerful field in which the collective dreams and wishes are sent into the earth via the vibration of the drums.
This has a healing and connecting effect on yourself and the planet.
Our drum circles often arise spontaneously, but we are also happy to organize them on request with a minimum of 6 participants.
Bring your own drum to this circle. If you don't have one, please let us know.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a smudge of white sage and cedar.
Coffee, tea and water are provided - feel free to bring something tasty to share.
